We depend on our employer partners to provide accurate pay, service data, and to correct any reporting errors. By doing so, you help us ensure the accuracy of benefits. Working together, we provide the best possible service to our members. Benefits provided to state employees are administered by these Benefit Providers.   • Encourage your employees to learn more about their benefits. We offer New Employee, Mid-Career and Ready to Retire educational seminars and webinars. As an HR rep, you can attend any of our educational sessions.
  • Download, Print, or Order Materials of educational resources produced by MOSERS.
  • Visit our Library to access various handbooks, brochures, forms, and more.
  • Evaluate the state’s investment in potential and existing employees by using the Total Compensation Calculator
  • Attract and retain quality employees with an overview of all state benefits included in the Highlights of Your Total Compensation brochure.
  • Use the Summary of Pension Benefit Provisions (All Plans) as a handy reference guide to highlight features in each pension plan for general state employees, legislators, statewide elected officials, and judges.
  • Review our Economic Impact Reports and learn about the positive impact public pension benefits have on our economy. Our Economic Impact Reports include active employee payroll and retiree benefit amounts by Missouri House, Senate or Congressional District.
  • View current employer contribution rates for pension benefits, life insurance, and long-term disability benefits.
  • Educate new employees on the requirement to contribute 4% of their pay towards their future pension. MSEP 2011 and Judicial Plan 2011 
  • Inform new employees that most of them are automatically enrolled to contribute 1% of pay to MO Deferred Comp for personal savings.
  • Encourage new employees to watch the Your Retirement Team video on how MOSERS and MO Deferred Comp teams work together for their financial benefit.
