However, we may send you email that encourages you to log in to your secure Member Homepage to view information specific to you. Such emails will direct you to visit www.mosers.org and to the secure login process.
When You Complete an Online Transaction
We provide our members with the ability to create a username (MOSERS “Online ID”) and a password so that they may have online access to their membership information. We require the entry of username, password, and use data encryption and in some cases use two-factor authentication to validate your identity. Accessing your membership information or registering for events online is voluntary. If you choose not to use your online Member Homepage, you will still be able to access other features on our public website.
Disclosure of Information Collected Through This Website
Any information collected through this website may be subject to disclosure under the Missouri Sunshine Law, Chapter 610, Revised Statutes of Missouri (RSMo), if such information is not protected from disclosure pursuant to Missouri state law or by MOSERS Board Rule. MOSERS will collect personal information through this website only if the information is voluntarily provided by the user through email or the logged in areas of this site.

MOSERS’ Social Media Policy
MOSERS’ social media platforms provide an opportunity for sharing information about MOSERS. We cannot and do not guarantee its applicability or accuracy in regards to your individual circumstances. We understand that social media is a 24/7 medium and your comments are welcome at any time. However, responding to and deleting comments will generally occur during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
Social media platforms are open forums and MOSERS encourages participation, however, postings are screened in accordance with the MOSERS Social Media Policy. - We will not post any benefit information specifically related to any member. No personal benefit information will be shared on this platform. We will remove any benefit information pertaining to a specific member.
- We do not allow solicitation or advertisements. This includes promotion or endorsement of any financial, commercial or non‑governmental agency. Similarly, we do not allow attempts to defame or defraud any financial, commercial, or non-governmental agency.
- We do not allow any comment or content that suggests or encourages illegal activity.
