MOSERS has a series of resources available for new state employees, including a five-part email campaign that will start in the second month of your employment. Keep an eye out for these emails, they will provide important information about your benefits and links to a series of New Employee Orientation (NEO) videos to watch.
Newer Employee & MOSERS Webinars
- For employees who are newer to the state but less than five years of service (not yet vested).
- Learn more about your pension, life insurance, and long-term disability benefits and how you can use the MO Deferred Comp plan to build supplemental retirement savings.
- Speakers include MOSERS and MO Deferred Comp.
- Webinars are approximately 2 hours. Daytime and evening webinars available.
