All MOSERS sessions for active state employees will be held online until at least June 1, 2021.
Ready to Retire & Mid-Career Registration
Registration has changed for our members and for our guests.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, any in-person seminars scheduled after June 1, 2021 are subject to change based on the COVID-19 situation at that time. In lieu of cancelling, the session will be transitioned to an online webinar and we will notify
enrollees at least one week prior to the seminar date.
Member Registration Process
Members MUST complete a 2-step registration process for our online webinars.

- GoTo Webinar registration. Located on myMOSERS confirmation page is the link to register for GoTo Webinar. This step is required for you to receive instructions and the link to join the webinar.
Ready to Retire Sessions Only
Registration closes fifteen days prior to the scheduled session.
A confirmation will be sent to your MOSERS Document Express online mailbox (log in to view and print). If you do not receive a confirmation within one week of registering, contact MOSERS at (800) 827-1063 to verify your registration.
Reminder emails will be sent leading up to the session that contain details about your session and helpful hints to prepare you for your session.
Spouses and guests may not attend in-person Ready to Retire seminars in 2021, due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, social distancing requirements, and limits on the number of seats available in conference rooms. However, we encourage your spouse or guest to attend with you in an online webinar.
MSEP and MSEP 2000 Members
If your spouse or guest is also a state employee within 5 years of retirement eligibility, they should register separately in an online webinar through their myMOSERS to receive their own benefit estimate.
MSEP 2011 Members
If your spouse or guest is also a state employee within 5 years of retirement eligibility under MSEP 2011, they should register separately in an online webinar through their myMOSERS to receive their own benefit estimate.
If your spouse or guest was employed prior to January 1, 2011, they are a member of either MSEP or MSEP 2000 and should attend a session specifically designed for those plans. The information presented in this session will apply only to MSEP 2011 members.

Sessions are free and tend to fill rapidly. If you need to cancel and/or reschedule an in-person seminar, contact us at (800) 827-1063, (573) 632-6100, or email MOSERSEducation@mosers.org. This will open a seat in the seminar and allow us to provide an accurate headcount to the caterer, venue, etc.

MOSERS' Cancellation/Weather Policy
We rarely cancel a session; however, some situations may occur that would require cancellation on short notice.
A minimum of 15 participants is required per session. If we cancel a session due to low enrollment, we will notify you at least one week prior to the session date.
Unforeseen Circumstances, Inclement Weather, or Sudden Illness
If we must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstance, inclement weather, or sudden illness, we will post a cancellation notice on the MOSERS website and our social media channels, including Facebook and Twitter.
