Recent Legislation on Divorce after Retirement

As of January 1, 2021, if you get divorced after retirement, you may remove your ex-spouse as a survivor beneficiary on your MOSERS pension benefits and receive an adjusted annuity amount.

2021 COLA

Your annual cost-of-living adjustment, or COLA, is based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI).* You will find the 2021 COLA on our website in mid January.
