If you are a new state employee, what is the best way to understand your MOSERS benefits? We are here to help! MOSERS provides several resources to help you learn more about your benefits.

If you haven’t already, you will receive a five-part email series starting in your second month of employment. Keep an eye out for these emails, as they will contain important information about your benefits and links to a series of new employee orientation (NEO) videos to watch.

You can access your member homepage by logging in to myMOSERS. If this is your first time logging in, you will need to create an Online ID and password. Watch the myMOSERS Login Tutorial video to learn more about the login process.

With myMOSERS, you can register for a webinar to learn more about your lifetime pension benefits, schedule an appointment with a MOSERS benefit counselor, see how a raise can affect your future benefit, change life insurance coverage, update your beneficiaries, and more!

Whether you have questions about which plan you are in, if you can purchase or transfer other public service, or want to learn more about preparing for retirement, we are here for your benefit!

Register to attend a Newer Employees & MOSERS or Mid-Career webinar to learn more about your MOSERS benefits, and how different career and life events may affect your future pension benefit.

To register for a webinar, log in to myMOSERS and select Enroll in Education from the I want to… menu. After reviewing the schedule, click Enroll next to the session you would like to attend.

We will send a confirmation to your MOSERS Document Express online mailbox, along with reminders leading up to the session. You will also receive a confirmation email from GoTo Webinar one week prior to the webinar date with the link to join and helpful information.

New employees can also join us for a Statewide New Employee Benefits Webinar. These 90-minute webinars are offered bimonthly via Webex and include information from MOSERS, MO Deferred Comp, MCHCP, and MO Cafe. Attending a webinar is a great way to learn about your benefits as a state employee and hear from various benefit providers, all in one session! (These sessions contain information that does not apply to university employees.)
