Schedule Your Visit in Advance!
Visiting with a benefit counselor allows you the opportunity to ask about your MOSERS retirement. Their knowledge also includes information about your life insurance and long-term disability benefits!*
Why schedule an appointment?
Though you are not required to schedule in advance we encourage you to do so, as this will minimize your wait and give you ample time to speak with a benefit counselor.
Scheduling an appointment is easy! You can contact us by calling (573) 632-6100. Additionally, if you are more comfortable speaking with one of our benefit counselors via phone or email rather than in-person, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What to expect from an in-person visit
Our benefit counselors can:
- Print off benefit estimates while you are here
- Discuss your retirement options
- Show you how to retire online
- Personally assist you if you need to submit a claim for life insurance or long-term disability.*
And so much more!
Counselors are available to assist you from 8:00 a.m. until noon and from 1:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our office is open during the noon hour for members who would like to drop off forms, however, we also have a drop box outside our office available 24/7.
Please note, you cannot schedule appointments more than two months in advance.
We also offer virtual visits!
This virtual counseling option, delivered through Microsoft Teams, will make it easier to connect one-on-one with a benefit counselor to obtain benefit estimates and information about all of your MOSERS benefits. Not to mention, it's all done from the privacy of your home.
Please contact us to speak with a benefit counselor by phone or to make a virtual counseling appointment.
Remember, it can save you time and help us better serve you if you call ahead and schedule your visit in advance.
