Congratulations on your new job in a MOSERS benefit-eligible position! Understanding your MOSERS benefits may seem like a lot – but rest assured, MOSERS is here to help guide you along the way.
Learn About Your Benefits
If you haven’t already, you will receive our five-part email campaign that will start in the second month of your employment. Keep an eye out for these emails, they will provide valuable information about your benefits and links to a series of new employee orientation (NEO) videos to watch.

Set Up Online Access
Log in to myMOSERS and access your personal MOSERS information. You will need to create an Online ID. If your agency uses the Employer Self-Service Portal (ESS), you can also access myMOSERS once you register in ESS. Within myMOSERS, you can update your beneficiary designations, contact information, and more!
