We also have a new educator on our team who is looking forward to helping you learn more about your MOSERS benefits!

Victoria McBride, Educator: Victoria brings a wealth of experience and a strong appreciation for the benefits of public service careers in Missouri. She currently has 10 years of state service. During her time at the Missouri Department of Corrections, Victoria served as a probation officer, guiding individuals through the justice system while supporting rehabilitation efforts. She later became an investigator with the Inspector General’s Office, where she conducted criminal and administrative investigations, ensuring compliance and accountability. As a corrections trainer and curriculum designer, Victoria developed and delivered educational programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for success in their careers.

Beyond her state service, Victoria has served as the director of outreach and advocacy for the Rape and Abuse Crisis Service and the director of Lincoln University’s Relationship and Sexual Violence Prevention Center. She currently serves as a board member and prevention education chair for the Rise Up Foundation, working to stand against sexual violence and promote awareness.
