MCHCP information will not apply to Conservation or University employees nor in all situations. University employees may attend a university part-day or general full-day session.

Note:  All MOSERS sessions for both general state and university employees will be held online until at least June 1, 2021. This is due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation. Any in-person seminars scheduled after that date are subject to change based on the COVID-19 situation at that time. In lieu of cancelling, the session will be transitioned to an online webinar, and we will notify enrollees at least one week prior to the seminar date.

Register: It's easy...log in to myMOSERS! To see the webinar and seminar schedules together make sure that 'show all' is selected. Once you've reviewed the schedule, select the session you wish to attend, and complete the registration information. You may be registered for only one session at a time.

  • Webinar: If you are registering for an online webinar, make sure that you complete both steps of the registration process: 1) myMOSERS and 2) GoTo Webinar (you will find this information on the confirmation page of your myMOSERS enrollment). Make sure to select the correct webinar date from the dropdown on the GoTo Webinar registration page; this should be the same date you registered for in the first step. The second step is necessary in order for you to receive instructions and the link to join the webinar.
  • Seminar: If we need to transition an in-person seminar to an online webinar due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation and/or large gathering restrictions, MOSERS will notify enrollees via email at least one week prior to the seminar date with instructions on how to register for the webinar.
  • Guests: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, social distancing requirements, and limits on the number of seats available in conference rooms, spouses and guests may not attend in-person seminars in 2021. However, your spouse or guest is welcome (and encouraged) to attend with you in an online webinar.
  • Confirmation/Reminder Emails: We will send a confirmation to your MOSERS Document Express online mailbox (log in to view and print) as well as reminders leading up to the session. If you registered for an online webinar, GoTo Webinar will also send confirmation and reminder emails with instructions and the link to join the webinar. These emails contain the MOSERS logo at the top, and in some instances, may end up in your spam folder.

Cancel: If you need to cancel your registration for an in-person seminar, contact MOSERS at (800) 827-1063 as soon as possible. This will open a seat in the seminar and allow us to provide an accurate headcount to the caterer, venue, etc.

Special Needs: If you need special meeting room accommodations or have dietary needs due to a medical condition, contact MOSERS at (800) 827-1063, at least two weeks prior to the seminar date.

Prep Work: There are several things you can do to help prepare yourself for the session and for retirement. Use the Comparison Calculator to see the long-term impact of different retirement options. Log in to your MO Deferred Comp account and review your last statement. Open a mySocialSecurity account to review your most recent Social Security statement.
