New Employees
MOSERS has a series of resources available for new state employees, including a five-part email campaign that will start in the second month of your employment. Keep an eye out for these emails, they will provide important information about your benefits and links to a series of New Employee Orientation (NEO) videos to watch.
New Employee Orientation (NEO)
- For employees within 30 days or so of their start date.
- Webinar delivered upon request from state agencies or departments. Please include as much information as possible in your request including whether you prefer a MOSERS hosted seminar or for MOSERS to participate in an agency-hosted seminar.
- Webinars are approximately 1 hour.
Newer Employees & MOSERS Webinars
- For employees who are newer to the state but less than five years of service (not yet vested).
- Learn more about your pension, life insurance, and long-term disability benefits and how you can use the MO Deferred Comp plan to build supplemental retirement savings.
- Speakers include MOSERS and MO Deferred Comp.
- Webinars are approximately 2 hours. Daytime and evening webinars available.
