In April, we held our fourth annual MOSERS Month campaign, a month-long initiative dedicated to educating our members about their MOSERS benefits.

Our focus for MOSERS Month 2024 was to educate our members on the value of their Annual Benefit Statement, and we did just that. This year, there was a 24% increase in Annual Benefit Statement views and member engagement.

We chose a nostalgic theme for our 2024 campaign, The Wonderful World of Retirement, and received great feedback from our members. Throughout the month, members traveled down the yellow brick road, meeting familiar characters as they learned more about their MOSERS benefits.

During the month of April 2024:

• 14,459 members viewed their Annual Benefit Statements, a 24% increase over the prior year.
• Our MOSERS Month web page had more than 6,100 views.
• 9,559 active members logged into their MO Deferred Comp account, and 575 members increased their contributions.
• We received more than 2,700 survey responses. Based on our survey results, 71% of our members logged in to myMOSERS, 73% viewed their Annual Benefit Statement, 32% reviewed and updated their beneficiaries, and 13% increased their contributions to MO Deferred Comp
• We selected 10 random winners for our MOSERS Month Prize Pack giveaway!
