The nomination period for candidates interested in running for the MOSERS Board of Trustees has closed. Expect to receive your election notice soon!

Get Ready to Vote!

YesElections, the third-party election administrator, will mail an election notice to all eligible active and retired MSEP, MSEP 2000, and MSEP 2011 members to vote in the election starting on August 12. Members with a current email address on file with MOSERS will also receive an email notification when voting is open. Be sure to check your inbox!

The election notice will include important information about the election and direct members to the MOSERS Board Election page, where each candidate's biography is posted. We encourage you to take a moment to read the candidate bios so you can make an informed voting decision.

To stay informed and participate in the upcoming election, please make sure your contact information is up to date! Log in to myMOSERS, select Update My Contact Information, then click the edit icon to make any changes to your current address or email address.

Election Process
  • Eligible members will have six weeks to vote online or by phone. The election period ends on September 23, 2026.
  • Voting is conducted by the election administrator, not by MOSERS. Your election notice will include information on how to vote by phone or online.
  • The independent third-party election administrator will prepare the election ballots, then count and certify the results.

This is your opportunity to cast your vote in the 2026 MOSERS Board Election! Active members – your vote will help determine who holds two of the eleven positions on the MOSERS Board of Trustees. Retirees – your vote will impact who holds one of the eleven Board member positions. The winning candidates will serve a four-year term on the MOSERS Board starting in January 2027.
